1. Are shipping costs included?

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs will be quoted once we have the order prepared and the shipping address.

2. What is the expiration date of the products?

The products remain in perfect condition for 3 years as long as the package is not opened and the product is kept in the recommended environmental conditions; no temperature variations, cool and dry place.

Once opened, the product should be consumed within the recommended time indicated in the PAO (Period After Opening) which will vary depending on the product (6M, 3M, etc).

3. Do I have to take any legal steps to sell my products?

All products must be registered in the European Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) in order to be marketed. The notification to the portal must be made in the name of the person responsible for the cosmetic. This management has two options; to be done by the client or by Laboratorio Carmado.

4. Do the products have a safety dossier?

In case the client requests security reports, Laboratorio Carmado can perform them.

5. Do the cosmetics have an organic/natural seal or certification?

There is currently no law or regulated standard that determines the requirements for certifying a product as natural or organic. For this purpose, there are private certifiers with their own criteria in charge of granting a product the “natural” or “organic” category.

6. Can a formula be developed from scratch?

In the case of choosing small quantities it would not be possible to develop a tailor-made formula. These are formulations developed by our professionals that are already working in the market.

When opting for third-party manufacturing, yes, since we have an R&D department specialized in the development of new formulas with state-of-the-art active ingredients. We also have a wide range of tested formulas that we can adapt to your idea.

7. What kind of packaging can I use?

For the production of small quantities, we offer a wide range of pre-determined packaging.

In third-party manufacturing, we do offer the possibility of choosing the desired packaging as long as it is compatible with the product and our packaging machines.

8. Is it possible to receive advice for the design of the chosen cosmetics?

Of course. We have an in-house design department that will work with you every step of the way. You can tell us your idea, brand identity and our team will develop different design proposals for you to choose from.

9. Can I export these products?

Yes, the products are manufactured in compliance with European Standards. If you choose this path, our technical team can help you obtain all the required documentation.
