We formulate and manufacture state-of-the-art facial, body and hair cosmetic products for third parties through a 360º service.

TECHNICAL ADVICE
We have an expert and qualified department with whom we can reach a consensus on all the points covered by the project. To this end, meetings are held, samples, budgets and packaging proposals are sent.
CUSTOMIZED FORMULATION
If you wish, our R+D+I department can develop customized formulas for your brand and/or adapt the formulas of our cosmetics that are on the market.
DESIGN
Our graphic design team can adapt your brand identity to the cosmetic packaging of your choice. In addition, you have two options to print it; label or silk-screen printing.
MANUFACTURING
Once you approve the design, we proceed to the collection of materials. We manufacture your cosmetic products in our facilities with our own advanced technology.
QUALITY CONTROL
In our facilities we perform exhaustive quality controls, both physical and microbiological, prior to the release of the cosmetic batch.
REGULATORY
All products must be registered in the European Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) in order to be marketed. This management can be done by the client or by Laboratorio Carmado.
LOGISTICS
In Laboratorio Carmado we take care of getting the lot to you in perfect conditions and to the address you indicate us without having to come to pick up the order at our facilities.
